The Brief: The South West Development Commission were seeking assistance in the development of a fresh, new and dynamic website that would allow them to engage with a broad range of stakeholders as well as diverse sectors of the community across the region.
It needed to evoke a sense of trust and strength as the State’s regional commission for the South West.
From news, events, projects and grants, the site had to ensure that it was a perfect balance of authority and community.
The Result: A robust site that maintains the visual integrity through a carefully planned and executed Content Management System, ensuring that the staff from the Commission are able to edit and update the site, maintaining the content and ensuring it is current and relevant.
Pages are not organised in a traditional hierarchy, instead the navigation allows visitors to gain access to information that is most relevant to them through a fluid structure which is tailored to the audience profiles identified through the discovery.
