The Brief: Australia’s South West initially approached us to assist with the complete revamp of their digital presence in 2021 to showcase the region’s attractions and engage with a global audience.
Their existing website was outdated, with complex navigation and an inconsistent user experience, making it difficult for users to find information quickly and effectively.
Their membership management and website were also housed on different platforms, with little to no integration, making it difficult to manage for both members and the team.
EUSO Digital was tasked with developing a completely new infrastructure and framework.
The Result: Through an extensive discovery process and careful planning, we worked in partnership with thebox to create both a robust Scoping document and stunning visual aesthetic for the new site. With a focus on clear navigation and telling the story of the region and Australia’s South West’s members, the development was a careful combination of backend functionality for members and staff alongside a seamless experience for visitors.
In 2024, a new brand was developed for the organisation and EUSO Digital was engaged to implement this important update to the look and feel of the website.
